And I wholeheartedly agree. On the flipside of that though, I would say that if you agree to critique someone else's work that you be honest, even if you think it will hurt the other person's feelings. Saying nice things when you think it has major issues doesn't help anyone either. Just remind them that it's just your opinion and they don't have to be married to it. :) Very well said Sandra.
