Haven’t read many, have I? What’s with all the historical novels on the list? There’s more Georgette Heyer here than Nora Roberts.

I still take exception to Jane Eyre being categorized as a romance. It’s a romance in the same way Rebecca is a romance — relationship stuff goes on, but the book is actually about something else. And speaking of, if Jane Eyre is on this list, why isn’t Rebecca?

I suppose for folks who want to pile up their TBR stack, this list (plus Rebecca) is a good place to start.
