Dead Reckoning ~ July 2006
Chris Hampton has one shot at getting her little sister away from a drug smuggling husband -- she'll rendezvous with Natalie on Isladonata, a private island somewhere south of the Florida Keys during one of the smuggler's "business meetings." If Chris misses that two-day window, Natalie will be lost to her forever.
The help Chris finds is in the form of two DEA agents who want to see the drug lord behind bars. But a series of accidents aboard her seventy-foot yacht -- which she's restored as part of her ruse to get access to Isladonata -- suggests the danger may lie far closer to home.
